These terms apply to your use of bigmoneycarbuyers.com and to any vehicle, catalytic converter or rims you sell to Big Money Car Buyers (“we,” “us”). By using our website or selling to us, you agree to these terms.

Offers

Offers are based on the information you give us, including the vehicle's year, make, model, condition and completeness. If the vehicle or parts don't match what was described, for example missing parts, different damage or a different vehicle, we may revise or withdraw the offer before pickup. An offer is not final until we pick up the vehicle and pay you.

Free towing

Pickup and towing are free within our service area. We don't subtract a towing fee from your offer. The price we agree on is the price you're paid, as long as the vehicle matches what was described.

Ownership

You must be the owner of the vehicle or parts, or be authorized to sell them. We buy cars without a title, but only after we've confirmed you're able to sell the vehicle. Depending on the vehicle, we may ask for a photo ID, a registration or other paperwork.

We do not buy stolen vehicles, catalytic converters or parts, or anything the seller isn't authorized to sell. We may decline or cancel any purchase, at any point up to and including pickup, if ownership can't be confirmed. All purchases follow North Carolina law.

Catalytic converters and rims

If you sell us a catalytic converter or rims on their own, you must own them. We may ask for your photo ID and information about the vehicle they came from, and we keep records of these purchases as required by law.

Liens

You must tell us about any loan or lien on the vehicle. If there is a lien, we may require a lien release or other proof that the loan has been paid before we can complete the purchase.

Pickup

We'll agree on a pickup time with you on the phone. You or an authorized person should be there at pickup to hand over the keys and any paperwork. The vehicle must be somewhere our truck can safely reach, and you must have the right to let us access that location.

Payment

You're paid the same day we pick up the vehicle, in cash or through Cash App, once ownership is confirmed. We'll confirm the amount when we make the offer. Cash App payments are also subject to Cash App's own terms.

Your responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before pickup, including the glove box, console and trunk. We're not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• Remove your license plate. In North Carolina the plate stays with you, not the vehicle. Transfer it to another vehicle or turn it in at an NCDMV license plate agency.
• Turn in your plate before canceling your insurance. In North Carolina, canceling liability insurance while a plate is still registered can lead to fines.
• Complete any seller steps required by the North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed.
